Need to talk to someone, but you do not know how to reach out?

Being in the military, it can be easy to get stuck in a routine of work and home. Maybe for some people alcohol is put into that routine as well. After a while, this routine can and will lead to a feeling of loneliness. It is ok to visit your installation's Behavior Health professional and express your feelings. They are there to make sure you do not bottle up your emotions and give you the support you need. Sometimes, just looking to have a conversation about completely nothing and something at the same time can help break that routine.

I believe that a simple conversation with someone can make a big difference. Reach out and talk to the people around you. You may come to realize that Behavioral Health is not needed once you begin building promising relationships with your neighbors to the left and right of you.
